  • Passengers who make modifications on the same day must pay the change flight cost. Any newly scheduled flights must depart from the same airport and destination as stated on the original ticket, and they must occur within the next 24 hours of departure. When changing flights, only Star Alliance members are able to reserve a flight other than Eva Air.

I booked the seat and cancelled after some time due to some emergency. I thought I will not get that much refund for my ticket but there customer care guided me and gave me almost 90% of my refund.
