How to make name corrections on
Singapore Airlines?
If your name isn't displayed correctly on your ticket, you may request assistance at
OTA at or Singapore Airlines directly at +65 6407 5332 to
correct:
Up to three characters of your name
Correct the salutation,
Correct the maiden/married name.
Add a middle name.
Guideline for Name Change
Singapore Airlines prohibits name changes that result in a passenger change.
Tickets are non-transferable.
Name changes or corrections must be made before the journey begins and can't
be done over the phone.
Proof of correct name, such as a passport, driver's license, marriage or divorce
certificate, is required.
How to get Name Change Form at Singapore Airlines?
If your PPS Club or KrisFlyer membership card does not match the name on your
passport, you can request a name change by filling out Singapore Airlines' Name
Change Form and emailing it to KF_contact@singaporeair.com.sg or faxing it to +65-
6789-8777. Singapore Airlines will update and reissue your membership card after
receiving your request. A name change fee of USD 10 or 1,000 K may apply.
What is the fee charged for name corrections on Singapore
Airlines?
Singapore Airlines does not charge a name change fee for minor spelling errors
made by staff. However, for other name corrections or changes, an Airline Service
Fee (OC Tax) of USD 50 applies for the UK and a similar fee for other countries. If
the name change requires a new PNR, such as after marriage, divorce, or adoption,
a flight change fee of USD 75 (Economy Class) or USD 10 applies.
