Airport Check in using the Self Service Check-in Kiosk
Just use your e-ticket number,booking code or AP Miles&Go customer number.
Check-in quickly, select your seat and print your boarding pass
You may also check in at the desk just arrive earlier for faster check-in and to get at
the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the departure time.
You may check in atleast 36 hours before boarding and 24 hours in case of flight
to/from the USA.
Hold baggage:
You have to leave it at the airport's drop-off desk. To guarantee that
your flight departs on time, all passengers must arrive at the boarding gate thirty
minutes prior to the departure time.
No hold Baggage:
When you check in online, via the mobile application, or through
the self-check-in kiosks, you can proceed straight for the boarding gate. Although at
the airports in Algiers, Accra, Casablanca, Marrakech, and Tangier, you need to go to
a check-in desk to get this permit.

I booked the seat and cancelled after some time due to some emergency. I thought I will not get that much refund for my ticket but there customer care guided me and gave me almost 90% of my refund.
