accommodations and airport transportation; however, this offer will not be valid if you
choose to book a different trip at a later time.
Virgin Atlantic Refund Policy
If you purchase a ticket at least seven days in advance of departure, you can receive a
full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of the purchase. Refunds are not usually given
for non-refundable tickets or for cancellations made after the 24-hour window, unless
there are exceptional circumstances like serious illness, death in the family, other
emergencies, or changes in the schedule.
You might be eligible for a complete refund in some circumstances, such as Virgin
Atlantic flight cancellations, schedule modifications that Virgin Atlantic starts, or
boarding denials.
