KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Refund Policy
You can use the online refund system to request a cash refund for the portion
of your trip that you did not utilize; this system will determine whether you are
entitled for a full cash refund or a partial refund. You can also phone them,

We suggest that if your flight is scheduled in the future, you apply for a refund
as soon as possible; if not, our cabin crew might continue to anticipate you on
